Dear Potential Sponsor,

We are seeking mutually beneficial partnerships that will allow us to achieve our goals and promote your commitment to supporting youth; specifically, lacrosse in our community. We look for sponsors, such as yourself, that align with our values of respect, hard-work, responsibility, teamwork, and discipline.

Greeneville Lacrosse Club has supported youth lacrosse since 2017.  We are a volunteer run, nonprofit 501c3 organization whose mission is to offer low-cost lacrosse opportunities for youth ages 4-18 in our community.  We rely solely on Board of Directors pledges, registration fees, and fundraising efforts for our continued growth and success and to ensure that prohibitive costs do not close the door to any player. Lacrosse, unfortunately, is expensive and not all families can afford the cost. 

As participation in lacrosse continues to grow, Greeneville Lacrosse Club needs additional resources to provide a quality experience for all who want to play; therefore, continued support from businesses is critical to help our organization operate. 

Sponsorships and donations help us budget for many expenses throughout the year, including:

• Purchasing equipment for our Equipment Loan Program

• Uniforms and other apparel

• Field maintenance and facilities rentals

• Helping to keep lacrosse affordable for families and providing scholarships for players who cannot afford to play 

• Paying officials

• Hosting camps and clinics during the summer and winter month

This year, we are offering in return for sponsorship, the following benefits:

• Field signage at our home games

• Logo and website link recognition on www.greenevillelacrosse.com

• Recognition in our monthly email newsletter

• Tax deductions
