Greeneville Lacrosse Club

Parent Corner

Welcome!

We are excited to have you and your child join the Greeneville Lacrosse Family! Have a look around; there is a vast amount of information to be found, not only on the Parent Corner page, but throughout the site.

Please note, parents are REQUIRED to read through our Policies and Procedures Manual and discuss needed topics with their players. Upon registration, you and your player will need to click to agree to abide by several of our policies and codes of conduct. Click here  to access the GLC Policies and Procedures Manual.

Parents are also highly encouraged to review USA Lacrosse game rules so they can be even better equipped to help support coaches and encourage their players. You will find a link below in the "Resources" section.

Now, what does your child need to play?
1. ALL players are required to have a USA Lacrosse membership before they can participate in more than two practices. You can do that here

2. All teams for players ages 7-14 are co-ed, so everyone will need to the following safety equipment: helmet; chest pads; elbow pads; mouthpiece; as well as a stick; cleats; and boys are required to have a cup.

3. High school boys are required to have the same equipment as above.

4. You can find links to the most popular sites for lacrosse equipment on the "Shop for Gear Online" page, but check out what is being offered in the Corner Store first!

Again, welcome and as always, we welcome your ideas, concerns, and input.
